Anthems are generated using AI (Suno). This is the substance of the service you purchase. It is not "automated decision-making" in the GDPR Article 22 sense — it does not produce legal effects about you. It is the product you ordered.

We use automated content moderation to detect prohibited content in orders. This evaluates the content of your order, not you as a person. If your order is blocked, you can contact us to request human review.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at fan-anthem.com/privacy with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted, and where appropriate, communicated to your email.
