No Refunds

All purchases on Fan Anthem are final and non-refundable.

When you purchase an Anthem, our AI system immediately begins generating personalised lyrics and audio based on the unique quiz responses you provided. Because the product is:

Digital — there is no physical item to return
Personalised — it is created specifically for you based on your inputs
Immediately generated and delivered — you receive your Anthem as soon as it is ready

…we are unable to offer refunds once generation has begun.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund.

Billing Disputes

All transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). If you have a question about a charge on your payment statement, please contact support@fan-anthem.com in the first instance.

Chargeback disputes are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your access to the Service being suspended.

Technical Failures

In the rare event that a technical error on our side prevents your Anthem from being generated or delivered, please contact us at support@fan-anthem.com. We will investigate and, at our discretion, either re-generate your Anthem or issue a refund for the failed transaction.
