These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fan Anthem, available at fan-anthem.com ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Fan Anthem is an independent AI-powered football anthem generation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to FIFA, any national football federation, any football club, or any official FIFA World Cup 2026 sponsor or partner. "FIFA," "World Cup," and related marks are trademarks of Fédération Internationale de Football Association.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide the Service to anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their access.
The Service is intended for users located in the United States.
Fan Anthem allows you to complete a short quiz about your football preferences. Based on your responses, we use artificial intelligence to generate a personalised set of song lyrics, which are then used to produce a custom audio anthem in MP3 format ("Anthem"). Each purchase entitles you to one Anthem delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.
All payments for the Service are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller on your receipt and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and customer billing disputes. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The current price for one Anthem is USD $10.00. Prices may change at any time, but the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
Due to the digital and personalised nature of the Anthem, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once your Anthem has been generated and delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the generated content or technical playback issues on your end.
If you have a billing dispute, you may contact Lemon Squeezy directly, as they are the Merchant of Record.
Your Anthem is produced using artificial intelligence. Fan Anthem does not guarantee that the generated lyrics or audio will meet any particular standard of quality, originality, or accuracy. AI-generated content is inherently unpredictable, and we make no representation that any Anthem will be unique, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose.
Fan Anthem takes reasonable steps to instruct its AI systems to avoid infringing third-party intellectual property rights (including player names, trademarked team names, and protected chants), but we cannot guarantee that every generated output is free from potential IP concerns. It is your responsibility to review your Anthem before any public use.
Upon successful payment, Fan Anthem grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use your Anthem for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not sell, sublicense, broadcast, publicly perform, or use your Anthem for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Fan Anthem.
You are responsible for the information you provide through our quiz. By submitting your inputs, you represent and warrant that your inputs:

All content on fan-anthem.com — including the website design, branding, technology, and name "Fan Anthem" — is owned by or licensed to Fan Anthem and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAN ANTHEM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAN ANTHEM'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ANTHEM THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM (MAXIMUM USD $10.00). IN NO EVENT SHALL FAN ANTHEM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The Service uses third-party services including Lemon Squeezy (payments), Vercel Analytics (website analytics), Meta (advertising), and AI generation APIs. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version at fan-anthem.com/terms. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
